Top Ten Tuesday - Top Ten All Time Favorite Books From The Past Three Years

This is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. They feature a different top ten list every week. This week's topic is my all time favorite books from the past three years. I am so glad that the limit was for three years. If the question had been all time favorite books EVER, then this list would have been a lot harder.

1. The Law of Moses by Amy Harmon (click here for my review)

2. Sea of Tranquility by Katja Millay

3. An Untamed State by Roxane Gay (click here for my review)

4. I'll Give You The Sun by Jandy Nelson (click here for my review)

5. You: A Novel by Caroline Kepnes (click here for my review)

7. Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel

8. Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell (click here for my review)

9. The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood

10. The Gone series by Michael Grant

What are some of your favorite books over the past few years?

  5. Is it bad I haven't read ANY of these? :O The only one I've even had on my TBR is Eleanor and Park, and that's just because I feel like I HAVE to read a Rainbow Rowell book at some point in my life due to all of the hype. I have heard good things and have been interested in Station Eleven though! And I always said if I were going to try NA I'd start with the Sea of Tranquility since it's gotten consistently positive reviews. Eek! Just so many books!

    1. Asti, I am sure your TBR grew just a little bit with this list . . . or at least I hope it did. :) All of these books were so amazing. Yes you are missing out by not reading Rainbow Rowell. I loved Eleanor and Park more than Fangirl. And I wanted to reread Sea of Tranquility as soon as I finished it. That is how much I loved it.

  6. Great list Cynthia! I only got around to Station Eleven recently and found it very interesting/thought-provoking/chilling. And your list reminds me once again that I still have yet to get around to Margaret Atwood's The Handmaid's Tale *is a bad Canadian* *will get around to it...soon-ish*

It would definitely have made my list if I had first read it within the past three years. Clearly I need to read the rest of your list, since I agree so strongly with you on that one.
